Dear all,
Now that practically all the completed Parking Survey questionnaires have been collected, some 650
in total, an excellent result, two meetings are being held this week to deal with the collation exercise
  we now face.
Firstly tomorrow Tuesday 16th Nov, at 7.30pm in the Library room at the Seven Stars  we are meeting
to work out how to organise the collation . The emphasis will be on how to systemise the process.

Secondly, this Thursday 18th Nov starting at 7pm, we have the Civic Hall booked for the actual collation
exercise, where it will be all hands to the pumps with eveybody welcome to what promises be an
  important  communty exercise.
Hopefully this event will be advertised by a Richard Davies article in the Totnes Times on Wednesday.

I appreciate this is short notice but if you can attend at least one of these meetings, the priority being
the Civic Hall gathering, your input and help will be extremely welcome.
Members of the Chamber of  Commerce and the Traffic Forum have been invited to both meetings and
all members of the community are invited to the Civic Hall Meeting.

I very much hope that you will be able to attend at least one of the meetings.
 Best wishes
 Ross
