Re: Civic Evening - Friday 18th March 2011 at 7.00pm for 7.30pm Royal Seven Stars Hotel - Totnes

I am writing on behalf of the Mayor, Councillor Tony Whitty, to invite you and your members to attend his Civic Evening. It is intended to be a celebration of the community in Totnes. Rob Hopkins and Kate Mason, Principal, will be speaking with Music provided by the schools.

I have pleasure in enclosing a menu for the dinner and for those with particular dietary requirements I am sure that the hotel would also be pleased to make separate arrangements if practical. The cost of the tickets are £22.00 per person.

A form is also enclosed which I shall be grateful if you will complete and return, by Friday 18th February 2011, if you wish to attend. Please note that the dress is formal and medals and insignia can be worn.
